RISK 100 – Terms & Conditions



By placing an order for a RISK 100 vinyl record, you agree to the following terms and conditions.


1. Orders & Payment


  • All prices are in GBP (£) and include UK VAT where applicable.
  • Orders are confirmed once full payment is received via PayPal or Stripe. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed.
  • Limited edition releases are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order if necessary (e.g., stock issues, incorrect pricing, or fraudulent activity).

2. Shipping & Delivery


  • Orders ship from the UK via Royal Mail or other reputable couriers. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
  • Estimated delivery times are:
    • UK: 2–5 working days
    • EU: 5–10 working days
    • Rest of World: 7–14 working days (customs delays possible)
  • Buyers outside the UK are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties.
  • We are not responsible for postal delays beyond our control (e.g., strikes, severe weather, or customs delays).
  • If a package is lost in transit, we will file a claim with the courier and either send a replacement or issue a refund once the claim is resolved.

3. Returns & Refunds

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will then arrange a replacement or a full refund.
  • Returns for unwanted items must be requested within 14 days of delivery and returned in their original, unopened, and resalable condition.
  • Return shipping costs for unwanted items are the buyer’s responsibility. We will cover return shipping costs only if the item is faulty or incorrect.

4. Limited Edition Policy


  • All RISK 100 releases are strictly limited editions and will not be repressed or restocked once sold out.
  • Hand-numbered editions may have minor, unique variations in the numbering or appearance due to their individual nature. These are not considered defects.

5. Liability


  • We are not liable for losses resulting from an incorrect shipping address provided by the buyer. Please ensure your address is correct at checkout.
