RISK 100 – Terms & Conditions

1. Orders & Payment

• All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include UK VAT where applicable.
  
• Orders are confirmed once full payment is received via PayPal or Stripe.
  
• An order confirmation email will be sent automatically after checkout.
  
• Releases are limited edition and sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
  
• We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order if necessary (for example, stock errors, pricing mistakes, or suspected fraudulent activity).

2. Shipping & Delivery

• All orders ship from the United Kingdom using Royal Mail Tracked services or an equivalent courier.
  
• Shipping costs are fixed and displayed at checkout:
  
  • UK – Tracked 24: £6
    
  • EU – International Tracked: £12
    
  • USA – International Tracked: £25
    
  • Rest of World – International Tracked: £25
    

Estimated Delivery Times (Not Guaranteed)

• UK: 2–5 working days
  
• EU: 5–10 working days
  
• Rest of World: 7–14 working days (customs delays possible)
  

Important Information

• Buyers outside the UK are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees charged by their local authorities.
  
• Risk 100 is not responsible for postal or customs delays, strikes, weather disruptions, or courier errors once an order has been dispatched.
  
• Once shipped, risk passes to the buyer.
  
• If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, a replacement or refund may be issued only after the courier investigation is complete and subject to stock availability.
  

3. Returns & Refunds

• If your record arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
  
• Each case will be reviewed individually, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund if possible.
  
• Replacements can only be offered while stock lasts — once a release sells out, refunds may be the only option.
  
• Returns are not accepted for change of mind or minor imperfections related to hand-stamping or packaging variations.

4. Limited Edition Policy

• All Risk 100 releases are strictly limited to 100 copies.
  
• Each record is hand-stamped and hand-numbered. Minor variations or ink inconsistencies are normal and not considered defects.
  
• Product photographs are representative only; final items may vary slightly in colour, finish, or packaging.
  
• Every copy is unique — this is intentional and part of the edition’s character.
  

5. Liability

• Risk 100 is not liable for losses arising from an incorrect shipping address provided by the buyer.
  
• Once an order has been dispatched, ownership and responsibility transfer to the buyer.
  
• Risk 100 is not responsible for customs delays, taxes, or additional charges once the shipment leaves the UK.
  
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your purchase.
  

6. Privacy

• Only the information required to process orders, arrange delivery, and (if opted in) send newsletter updates is collected.
  
• Personal data is never sold or shared with third parties.
  
• You can unsubscribe from Risk 100 communications at any time using the link provided in emails.
